In November 2012 National Mill Dog Reacue saved Adele from a puppy mill in Kansas. She was approximately 6 years old and was kept in a dirty rotten cage and used purely for breeding. On January 19th 2013, she came to us in shambles with 2 hernias, missing teeth, stained fur, wounds, recently given birth, so skinny and in almost complete atrophy. Adele could barely walk, had no idea how to jump, use stairs or what a leash, treats or toys were.
At 13 years old, she's gone deaf and is going blind -- but she's come so very far! You were Mason's "Best Girl," you're Frankie's "Surrogate Mother," Lucy's "Best Friend," Alice's "Funny One," Momma's Girl, and the Girl Daddy wishes was just his. We love you beyond words and can't wait for another decade together! Stay silly Adeli!
