- Get a refund or replacement by emailing Beautifully Unique Bootique with your order #, along with a description and photos of items pertaining to the claim and reason for the claim (what happened to your package).

CLAIM SUPPORT
- Beautifully Unique Bootique (BUB) Shipping Insurance extends coverage for online purchases that are lost or damaged in transit, or stolen immediately after the carrier’s proof of delivery where BUB traces the transportation. BUB is the named insured on the shipping insurance policy; BUB Shipping Insurance is neither returnable nor refundable.
- All claims must be filed 30 days from the last tracking update for lost orders and 30 days from delivery date for damaged or stolen orders. If a claim is filed outside these time frames, BUB reserves the right to deny the claim.
CLAIM PROCESS:
- Fill out the Beautifully Unique Bootique Insurance Claim Form. Located here.
- Email Beautifully Unique Bootique . Include: Your Insurance Claim Form. For orders containing multiple items, you may file a single claim if the entire order was affected by the same issue, or multiple individual claims if only certain items were affected.
- Your order #.
- A description and photos of items pertaining to the claim.
- Specify your resolution preference.
- Beautifully Unique Bootique will review your claim within 48 business hours and contact you.
