Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations on any order.
Returns
We do not accept returns on any item.
Exchanges
To begin an exchange, please email info@BUBootique.com.
If you need to exchange an item for the same print in a different size, items must be:

Unworn and clean
-
Free of fragrances or smells
-
With original tags still attached
Items must be mailed back within 10 days of receiving your shipment.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for exchanged items to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following cannot be exchanged: used or worn items, custom or personalized items, print-on-demand items, underwear, swimwear, makeup, made-to-order items, gift cards, and any sale, clearance, or “Final Sale” items.
Sale / Promotions / Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Sale, clearance, and Final Sale items are not eligible. No additional promos are allowed on Clearance and/or Final Sale items.
Refused or Return-to-Sender Deliveries
We do not accept returns on any item. Packages marked Refused or Return to Sender without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund. If you would like your order re-shipped after it has been returned to us, new shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
International customers: if a package is refused due to unpaid Customs Duties or Import Taxes and returned to us, the order will also incur a 15% restocking fee, and original shipping will not be refunded.
Rush My Order Option
If you need your order moved to the front of the line, we offer a Rush My Order upgrade. This option shortens our standard 3–7 business day processing time and ensures your order is prioritized to ship within 3 business days.

This fee covers processing time only. It does not include or replace upgraded shipping speeds. If you need faster delivery, you must also select and pay for an expedited shipping service at checkout.

Rush is not available on pre-order or made-to-order items.

The Rush My Order fee is non-refundable once an order is placed.
Customs & International Customers
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, Customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g., handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
The customer is responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and Customs clearance fees. These charges vary widely and are based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the destination country’s requirements.
Beautifully Unique Bootique cannot predict or calculate these fees and is not responsible for any charges assessed after purchase.
If your package is held at your local Customs Office, you may need to pay additional charges before it is released. If you refuse to pay any required fee and the package is returned to us, the order will incur a 15% restocking fee (deducted from your refund) and shipping will not be refunded.
Delivered At Place (DAP)
Beautifully Unique Bootique is responsible for shipping your purchased items. As the buyer, you are the importer of record and are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and import taxes.
International Customs Duties and Import Taxes also apply to items exchanged. All such fees are paid by the customer.
