Processing Times
Orders ship from Beautifully Unique Bootique's warehouse within 3–7 business days. Orders fulfilled by our Collective partners or Print-on-Demand providers will follow the timelines listed in their specific policies.
Need It Faster?
Upgraded shipping options (such as UPS 2-Day) apply only to transit time once the package leaves our warehouse. They do not shorten our processing window.
If you’d like your order packed and shipped sooner, you may purchase the Rush My Order upgrade. This moves your order to the top of our queue and guarantees shipment within 3 business days.

Tracking
Tracking is provided free of charge with all shipping providers we offer, except USPS First Class.
Package Marked as Delivered but Missing?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package, here are the first steps to take:

Check your mailbox again (some packages arrive separately from regular mail).

Look in safe drop-off areas: porch, garage, behind exterior doors, or sheltered spots out of weather.

Ask household members if they accepted the delivery.

Check with neighbors who may have received it.

In rare cases, a package marked “delivered” may appear within 24 hours.
If you still can’t find your package, speak directly with your mail carrier or call your local USPS office.
Protect Your Packages
At checkout, you can select Shipping Insurance. Once purchased, if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, Beautifully Unique Bootique will replace the item (via repurchase) or refund your order.
If you purchased Shipping Insurance and are experiencing an issue, please visit our Shipping Insurance Information Page to file a claim. Once submitted, Beautifully Unique Bootique will review your claim and follow up via email within 48 business hours.
